Today our Editor, Lizzie Akass, is delighted to be joined by Chris Newstead, Head of Internal Communications at Wellcome. Chris has been Head of Internal Communications at Wellcome for the past 8 years. For the 15 years before he was in marketing and PR working in telecoms & broadcast.

Wellcome explains why it initially wanted to pursue a four-day week for its employees’ productivity, diversity, and wellbeing, before deciding that other forms of flexible working were more appropriate for suiting its employees’ needs across the board.
