A 2015 Aberdeen Group global report explores the habits and strategies that highly successful organisations use to manage employee productivity, revealing how organisations achieved a 5% to 20% improvement in productivity metrics*.

According to Kevin Prouty, Senior VP Research at Aberdeen and co-author of the report*, the top four workforce challenges that emerged from the survey and resulting interviews are:

•Need for a more flexible workforce

•Improved operational efficiency

•Compliance with employment regulations

•Better control on labour costs
