Jess has several years of experience in behavioural science and consulting. As a Principal Behavioural Science Consultant, she works with clients to create bespoke behavioural strategies, which enable organisations to meet their objectives. She also has experience in management consulting (top 5 consulting firm) driving organisational change and transformation initiatives for a range of FTSE 100 companies. Jess has a PhD in cognitive psychology from the University of Leeds where she studied the mechanisms of human visual memory using experimental methods. Her work has been published in peer-reviewed journals and she is also a Chartered Member of the British Psychological Society.

Cesar is the Executive Director, Global Communications at Merck Manufacturing Division (Merck is known as MSD outside the US & Canada) with responsibility for the company’s worldwide manufacturing communications across a global network of sites for pharmaceuticals, vaccines, biologics and animal health products.
