Chrissie has a decade of experience leading teams in fast-growth start-ups, including as an early-stage team member at Deliveroo and heading up Global Operations at Bolt. Passionate about Gender Equity and people-orientated leadership, Chrissie previously led the Gender Equity efforts at Deliveroo, spearheading the first woman-focused mentoring scheme, as well as introducing Accelerate, Deliveroo's programme for high-potential women.
