Matt Cooper is currently the Head of Digital Communications at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, one of the largest teaching hospitals in the UK. Matt has spent the last twelve years working in various communications roles at different NHS Trusts, including previously as the Head of Internal Communications at the hospital throughout the pandemic.
Matt played a pivotal role in the successful launch of the Trust’s award-winning intranet, which has been recognised for its innovation and impact on employee engagement – including at the recent Engage Awards. With a passion for improving collaboration and communication within healthcare, Matt is dedicated to utilising cutting-edge technology to enhance the digital employee experience.
