Coupled with my experience as the chairwoman of a large non-profit organization, these experiences have given me a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that leaders face in complex and dynamic environments.

We are a boutique agency that typically partner with motivated leaders in the Pharma/Biotech industry who want to increase business performance and employee engagement and life their own version of life balance. Particularly through times of change. We know it's easier said than done and we want to leapfrog you over the mistakes we made!
