Danone Global Diversity and Inclusion Lead
Putri Realita is the Global Head of Diversity and Inclusion at Danone, a global food and drinks company operating in more than 55 countries and employs around 100,000 employees worldwide. During the past 5 years, she has driven Danone’s progress to become Equileap’s Top 10 gender equality French companies and ranked 26 of the Top 100 gender equality global companies in 2021. For this progress under her leadership, Putri was selected as a finalist for the WeQual Award for the EMEA region in the category of transformational leadership.
Putri has a non-linear career path. Born and raised in Indonesia, she completed her BSc (Biotechnology) degree at the UNSW, Australia. She first worked in factories and laboratories in product development, quality management and environment, health, and safety. She then moved to corporate affairs and lead various projects on public affairs, regulatory affairs, government relations, internal & external communications, and corporate social responsibility in Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore, before joining Danone in 2011 to initiate the Corporate & Regulatory Affairs function in the Indonesia business unit. She moved to the Danone Headquarter in Paris for her current role in 2016.
