People platform HiBob named in FinTech 250
HiBob, the HCM and people engagement platform, has been named in the CB Insights FinTech 250 for the first time. The list, which recognises the top 250 disruptive global start-ups that are transforming financial services, is chosen from a pool of almost 4,000 applicants and nominees.
Since it was founded in 2015 HiBob has expanded rapidly with hundreds of companies using its innovative platform to modernise HR people management and drive employee engagement including a number of UK FinTech success stories. Having raised a total of $25 million from investors including Fidelity, Business Venture Partners (BVP) and BV Investment Partners, HiBob is expanding in the UK and across Europe.
Ronni Zehavi, HiBob’s co-founder and CEO said: “It is a privilege to be named on this list of some of the world’s most innovative and disruptive companies – all of which are transforming FinTech and other industries – just three years after we started life.
“We’re changing the shape of HR in the UK with a full HCM system that is highly intuitive and easy to use, but that also offers unrivalled data-driven insights, drives people engagement and improves retention.
“HCM is a tremendously competitive space but, by adding market leading people engagement and data insights to a core HCM product we’re already proving to be the leading disrupter, taking market share from established rivals; inclusion in the FinTech 250 is fantastic recognition of this.”
One of HiBob’s core propositions is a digitised benefits system which, using data provided by the platform, allows companies to offer a bespoke and highly customised range of benefits to its employees.
