Huawei, the troubled global technology leader, has launched its Customer Experience Officer recruitment campaign across Western Europe, as it looks to continue to invest in its commitment to a customer-first approach.
Huawei has been at the receiving end of incredible growth in WEU, with over 200 million smartphones shipments globally ⃰, and it has become increasingly important to deliver the best customer experience possible.
Huawei is initiating a targeted recruitment campaign which aims to hire the very best people to drive change; that will offer both existing and new customers, an even better customer experience. This will commence with the recruitment of five Customer Experience Officers in the UK, Germany, Italy, France and Spain. The newly created roles will focus on undertaking research in each of these key markets and developing a systematic and informed approach to improving the customer journey. The search for the new recruits will start on Huawei own social channels with a film describing the role and ideal candidates.
Walter Ji, President of Huawei’s Western Europe Consumer Business Group comments, “At Huawei, one of our core company values has always been to place the customer at the centre of everything we do. This recruitment programme has been designed to help us improve and deliver on what it is our customers actually want from a brand. Our new recruits will focus on turning the research insights into actual deliverables for each of our markets to ensure our customers have a more pleasurable experience with Huawei.”
Vivienne Lee, HR Director, Western Europe Consumer Business Group, Huawei added, “To be the best European business we need the best European talent. We are looking for people who are as passionate about our customers as we are, people who can make sure we continue to remain locally relevant.”
To reinforce its commitment to customers, Huawei are set to open 15 new Huawei Experience Stores, 23 new Huawei Service Centres by 2020 and 24/7 Call Centres
