Events: Employee Wellbeing Conference

Virtual Employee Wellbeing Conference

The critical importance of the wellbeing of our colleagues

The challenges and opportunities relating to the mental, financial and physical health related wellbeing of our people are now firmly at the top of the business agenda, alongside increasing awareness and understanding of the myriad of issues involved.

The critical importance of the wellbeing of our colleagues to both employee and customer engagement and also to the reputation of the wider enterprise is now recognised across the board in a fast changing and fast moving working environment. Research shows that colleague stress levels and the attendant wellness challenges are at an all-time high in the workplace against a backcloth of disruption and uncertainty.

Our case study led solutions focussed Employee Wellbeing Conference will address these issues head on and our overarching aim is to equip our delegates with all the tools and techniques they need to improve health and wellbeing at their own organisations.

LIVE UPDATE: Our 2022 events are planned as hybrid venue based conferences, providing both best in class live virtual access and an exciting totally revamped onsite experience, we believe this new format will ensure they will be the best events we’ve organised. The format is of course subject to government guidelines and social distancing at the time of the event. We will have comprehensive measures in place ensuring the safety of all those involved including our delegates, speakers and sponsors. We are more excited than ever and look forward to seeing you – whether that be virtually or in London in person.
