Diversity & Inclusion Conference
An effective diversity and inclusion strategy goes far beyond just legal compliance. Increasingly, employers recognise the importance of diversity and inclusion in recruiting and retaining the skills and talent they need, which adds substantial value to an organisation and contributes to employee wellbeing and engagement.

It’s Crucial an Inclusive Workplace Culture is Created
Research has proven that an inclusive environment, where everyone feels able to participate and their contribution is recognised, helps employees achieve their potential as well as the development of new ideas, products, services, discovering new opportunities and both growing market share and expanding ones customer base.
It’s crucial an inclusive workplace culture is created where everyone feels valued, respected and as an individual within their organisation. When employees feel they empowered, respected and that they have a voice, they in turn feel trusted with a sense of belonging. A recent McKinsey & Company report highlights how important this is, as they report that companies in the top-quartile for ethnic/cultural diversity on executive teams are 33% more likely to have industry-leading profitability.
Join us on 7th July for a day of case studies, fireside chats and panel discussions from trailblazers in the industry who are eager to share their top tips for creating an inclusive workplace culture.

Gender Equality & Coaching at Scale: Why Changing How Coaching is Delivered Can Move it From Being Part of the Problem to Part of the Solution
We will explore why traditional, face-to-face coaching could have been inadvertently contributing to the gender gap at work, and how coaching at scale via an app can change that. We will look at data on male and female leadership and ask ourselves why we still see an imbalance at the top of our organisations and institutions. Finally, we will explore Ezra’s data on diversity, equity and inclusion and consider how this informs how we can set up programmes to support minority and/or disadvantaged groups, and give majority groups safe spaces to explore their own relationships with diversity, equity and inclusion.
