Using his past experiences from leading internal digital engagement at NatWest, he has worked with a wide range of UK and International brands from manufacturing, to finance, and retail to professional services.

This work has included creating award winning campaigns and content, reviewing channel effectiveness, delivering strategic consultancy and launching digital communication and collaboration platforms.

Victoria is a communications specialist with over 15 years of experience in customer and employee communications. Having started her career as a legal secretary specialising in employment law, she quickly transitioned into a marketing communications role and soon realised her passion for engaging audiences through communications and events. After years of specialising in email marketing, Victoria followed her passion for employee engagement and is now Head of Internal Communications at Travel Chapter, a leading holiday property company that operates multiple brands across the UK.
