Affinity Water's Internal Communications and Engagement Manager, Kirsty McEvoy, shared the three elements of the company's Internal Communications Strategy.
In her presentation, Kirsty gave an overview of the whole strategy and discussed Affinity Water's reward and recognition workstreams. Moreover, she highlighted one of the company's tailored engagement campaigns, designed to support contact centre colleagues, inject a little bit of fun during one of the busiest times of the year, focus on colleague wellbeing and ensure KPIs are understood and met.
