Customer Experience Pioneers at Confirmit Community Conference 2013
The event, which will brings together industry visionaries to exchange ideas and best practices, takes place from 19th – 21st June at the Park Plaza Riverbank, London.
Confirmit is a regular contributor to Customer Engagement Network’s Director’s Forum events and their insights are always well-received by the audiences, so we’re delighted to invite CEM member to join Confirmit for what promises to be a really valuable and engaging few days.
The conference, which also takes place in Las Vegas later in the June, will explore business critical issues and trends presented by key industry leaders, such as capturing the Voice of the Customer, boosting respondent engagement, increasing customer retention, and embracing digital and social technologies. These are summarised in the theme of the conference; Amplify Voices, Create Connections, Drive Innovation.

These experts will deliver latest strategies to drive ROI for Customer Experience Management success. Confirmit’s own Voice of the Customer gurus will also provide some best practices around VoC programmes, as well as ideas about how to implement new technologies such a mobile into your activities.
