Offering a huge variety of choice in both types of session and topic, the conference has been designed to allow delegates to build their own agendas for the two days.

Taking place at Chesford Grange, Warwickshire on 29 and 30 April, the agenda includes specific sessions on strategy, customer experience and quality, performance, MI & analytics as well as core planning topics such as forecasting and flexibility. Specialist full day forums will also be held in Outbound contact, Back Office planning, Field Planning and Public Service transformation.

“Regulars describe this as one of the leading events in the industry’s calendar, explains Steve Woosey, Chief Executive of the Professional Planning Forum. “We work hard to offer a truly remarkable range of speakers, research, case studies, workshops and discussion forums to reflect the topics that our members request. We urge resource planners and operational managers to use this chance to understand the key ingredients for successful innovation, to learn from what has driven improvement in other organisations and to identify the next steps that can deliver both personal and operational success.”

Bringing together participants from all industry sectors, the conference will include the Innovation Awards Gala Dinner, an exhibition and a real focus on networking and discussion with colleagues from other organisations who face similar challenges to help them to identify practical insight to take back and apply in their own organisation.

You are urged to book early, as some sessions and the gala dinner and accommodation are limited in numbers. www.planningforum.co.uk/conference.
