Customer experience and quality performance on agenda
Offering a huge variety of choice in both types of session and topic, the conference has been designed to allow delegates to build their own agendas for the two days.
Taking place at Chesford Grange, Warwickshire on 29 and 30 April, the agenda includes specific sessions on strategy, customer experience and quality, performance, MI & analytics as well as core planning topics such as forecasting and flexibility.
