The Customer Engagement Network is delighted to announce the launch of the first Customer Engagement Award. Run in association with the Peer Awards for Excellence. This exciting new award celebrates outstanding customer engagement.

Do you have an initiative for which you would welcome some additional exposure and recognition?

Submit this as an entry explaining briefly what you have done and why, the difference this is making in your target community, what is special about how you went about it, what you have learned from the experience and how our conference audience would benefit from hearing about it.

If shortlisted you will be featured in a special supplement in The Independent newspaper and you will be invited to present* your entry at the Customer Engagement Final at the Peer Awards Conference on 27th June in Central London, where you listen to and judge some of the other finalists.

Customer Engagement award categories focus on marketing, sales, customer service, external events and technology for engagement.

* The conference presentation is delivered by someone from a client-organisation. Associated vendors and consultants can also feature in The Independent, and may participate in the question and answer session that follows the conference presentation.
