This is exactly what she will be doing on the 1st of May, when she will deliver a presentation on ‘How to De-Frazzle in a Chaotic World’. More specifically, Ruby will be sharing her incredible insights on how to deal with stress, improve wellbeing and become the driver – not the driven – when it comes to matters of the mind.
