In the latest UK Customer Satisfaction Index consumers rated the customer service provided by Autoglass the top named business within the Services category. 

The research from the Institute of Customer Service found that customer service plays a pivotal role in customers’ buying decisions, with over half (60%) of customers preferring a balance of price with service.

Autoglass has received several awards for its customer service, most recently named ‘Best Windscreen Supplier of the Year’ by Business Car and securing a place on the Business Superbrands list compiled by The Centre for Brand Analysis.
