2021 Engage Awards Winners Announced

Nearly 2 years after the events industry closed its doors due to Covid 19, Engage Business Media were thrilled to welcome back over 300 attendees to celebrate the 2021 International Engage Awards. The famous voice of Roger Tilling announced each of our 19 winners in a ceremony that celebrated excellence under four overarching groups; Employee Experience, Customer Experience, Innovation, Technology and Integration, and Workforce and Workplace Transformation.
This year’s glittering black-tie ceremony was certainly one to remember, with guests attending in person, dressed in their finery and dining on an award winning three course dinner at the iconic Riverbank Park Plaza in London. Winners were welcomed to the stage to accept their award from comedian host Josh Widdicombe, before dancing the night away with live music from the Jazz Bomb!
Our winners came from a variety of industries, but we must give a special mention to our 4x winners NatWest Group, who took home the awards for ‘Best use of Voice of the Employee’, ‘Best use of Technology in Employee Engagement’, ‘Best Customer Service Team’ and ‘Best Customer Contact Strategy in a Crisis’. This is a real testament to the team to achieve so much in such uncertain times.
We would also like to take this opportunity to extend our congratulations to all the finalists at this year’s Engage Awards. The results and rewards companies have achieved this year have been remarkable and proven how industries can adapt to meet customer and colleagues ever-changing needs.
The 2022 Engage Awards will be open for entries early next year, keep an eye out at www.EngageAwards.co.uk for updates and announcements – it may be you celebrating next year!
