Tina has worked for Molson Coors Brewing Company in a Reward capacity for 10 years, previously coming from an HR Business Partner background within the pub and leisure industries. Whilst Tina’s responsibilities are widespread across compensation and benefits, in the last couple of years she’s also been working on embedding a strong wellbeing culture into Molson Coors. Tina is passionate about increasing employee engagement through creating a culture where employees can be their true self at work and be the best they can be, and how wellbeing can contribute to this for all of Molson Coors’ diverse workforce. Tina is particularly passionate about supporting positive mental health, and is trained as a Mental Health First Aider, as well as being part of driving the Champion network of 50 (and growing!) Mental Health Champions across Molson Coors.
