Tania has over 8 years of project and change management experience at HEINEKEN Group, performing roles in the functions of global procurement, finance and IT with the responsibility of supporting the organisation in leading, managing and adopting change. Prior her employment with HEINEKEN, she has held financial and commercial roles within the real estate, marketing and retail industries. Tania feels passionate about stimulating a thriving working environment where the change is a natural development rather than a feared and painful event. Tania is a certified coach and holds degrees in International finance and trade, and International business management and marketing.
