For 20 years, Shanna has worked in international corporate affairs and played a leading role in the communications supporting the merger to create Coca-Cola European Partners in 2016. Today, she leads the communications function at CCEP, and she is transforming communications technology and culture, with a focus on the company’s growth strategy, sustainability leadership and employee advocacy. Her team is responsible for all aspects of external and internal engagement, as well as the digital communications strategy. She also provides strategic communications guidance to the executive office.
Previously, Shanna was Vice President of Leadership and Internal Communications for Coca-Cola Enterprises. Prior to Coca-Cola, Shanna spent several years in Switzerland with The Dow Chemical Company. She held leadership and management roles in public affairs, marketing and business communications.
Shanna began her career in newspaper journalism in the US. She graduated from Northwestern University with degrees in French and journalism and has studied at INSEAD. She has three children and calls the UK home.
