Sarah is the Head of Talent, Insights & Inclusion at TSB Bank. She is responsible for making sure that TSB continues to develop a high performing, inclusive and healthy culture. She makes sure the bank can attract, retain and engage the people needed right now as well as actively planning for future workforce. She joined TSB in 2018, introducing the first bank wide wellbeing strategy.

Sarah’s experience spans a range of roles, all focused on creating positive, productive experiences of work. Before joining TSB she managed internal communications at Lloyd’s, and led employee engagement and employer brand programmes as a consultant with Radley Yeldar and People in Business. She has a background in languages and an MA in Intercultural Theory from Birkbeck College, University of London.
