Saif Senior Manager, Employee Engagement at Omantel, has 18 years of experience in Banking and Telecom sector. Before taking up his current role, he has worked in various functions Sales, Customer Care, Customer Relations and Human Resources. He has been handling leadership roles at various levels in the organizations since 13 years.
He is a member of several international reputed associations like; MELA, Prosci, OSHRM, SHRM and CIPD. He has also successfully represented as speaker in various conferences in the region
His current responsibilities as include the below but are not limited to:
• Innovate and implement engagement programs and several site initiatives to enhance the company culture.
• Promote and manage Employee Engagement initiatives and other rewards & recognition activities
• Provide proactive support, advice and guidance to management team and employees to help align engagement outcomes into consequential actions and behavior changes.
• Act as a change agent by leading cultural and process changes within Omantel
He has experience of successfully developing and implementing cultural change initiatives across Omantel.
