Rob joined NWG in 2016 to help transform digital customer experience within NWGs B2B and B2C businesses.
Specialising in digital transformation, process optimisation and regional / global change, Rob positions customer journey at the centre of digital strategy and optimises programme delivery to extract every ounce of improvement for customer.
Prior to NWG Rob spent 15 years’ working with a mix of FTSE 100, management consultancy and digital agency clients including Vodafone, Sky TV, BP, Reed Exhibitions and Royal Mail.
Rob has a degree in business strategy and post-graduate qualifications in e-Business, portfolio management and programme delivery.
