Richard Stollery has worked in a variety of strategic and operational customer roles for some world-famous brands. Most recently he was the Head of Customer Sales and Service Centre Transformation for M&S where he came up with the “Good to Great” strategy which has significantly driven sales and improved the customer experience whilst reducing costs.

Prior to this Richard was the Global CRM Director for Adidas AG in Germany and Director of Consumer Experiences for LEGO. He designed, developed and implemented the “Now to Wow!” strategy that brought a consistent and branded customer experience across all LEGO touchpoints.

Earlier Richard was General Manager for Direct Operations, Xerox Europe where he pioneered the “inside salesforce” which revolutionised Xerox’s go-to-market model.

Drawing on all this transformation, Richard’s keen to emphasise the role leaders must play, investing their time and energy to win the hearts and minds of Teams and stakeholders, necessary for sustainable and impactful change.
