As part of the engagement team at Ipsos MORI during the 1990s, he conducted global projects for a range of organisations and worked internationally. In 2004, Peter joined UBS, a move which saw him take on the role of overseeing engagement research globally. In 2011, he became Global Head of Employee Insight at Unilever. In July 2012, Peter was profiled in The Sunday Telegraph. Peter subsequently founded Employee Research Ltd., managing staff research projects for Pepsi, New Look, Boots, First Group, the NHS and others. Peter joined Tivian in 2019 to head up their Employee Experience practice.
