Trish has worked at Bupa for almost 4 years, with a varied background in retail, change management and communications before making the transition to HR in 2018. Trish now leads Bupa’s Global and UK Insurance business’ engagement strategies and the delivery of their listening programme to put their 6000+ employee’s feedback at the centre of their decision making and improve the overall employee experience.

More recently, Trish has started to look at the broader cultural piece to look at behaviour and cultural change and the wider impact it can have to helping their people thrive.
