Owen is the Global Head of Digital People Solutions at Bupa. As a member of Bupa’s People Executive team, he is the business owner for their key strategic HR platforms, including the design and delivery of their HR technology strategy and roadmap. With over 16 years HR transformation experience across organisations such as Deloitte, Johnson & Johnson, Philips, and Pfizer, he specialises in equipping organisations with the digital tools to support and optimise their employee lifecycle, whilst driving strategic business imperatives.
