Nzinga Orgill

Nzinga is a Transformational Change Leader that has worked at Heathrow for over 16 years and is currently the Business Change for people as part of the Security Transformation Programme. Nzinga also leads Heathrow’s Diversity and Inclusion network for Culture and Ethnicity engaging will all levels of the organisation working closely with other Senior leaders to drive positive change and move the dial for Black Asian Minority Ethnic colleagues in areas such as representation and progression. Previously Nzinga has worked within the innovation, automation and digitalisation arena. Nzinga has a broad range of expertise and is passionate about people, encouraging authenticity and uniqueness. Recognised as a Top 100 Future BAME Leader by Yahoo/Empower 2020 and an Everywoman/Amazon finalist in the Infrastructure in Transport and Logistics category 2020.
