Nikita Solberg recognises that the world is built on habits, both good and bad. As an advocate of DEI&B in the workplace, Nikita challenges these habits to draw attention to the stereotypes and unconscious biases that people have practised for years. They’ve presented a number of workshops, as well as contributed to publications like CNBC to highlight issues that many transgender and nonbinary individuals face in their daily lives. Nikita has enjoyed previous positions as a professional musician and competitive barista, before settling into software sales at Hibob, the modern people development platform. Hibob and its role in the HR space has allowed Nikita to develop a commitment to improving DEI&B practices and to elevate underrepresented voices.
