Nicole leads Edelman’s Employee Experience & Change Practice across the EMEA region. She works with organisations to create strategies and experiences that drive behaviour change.
Passionate about creating better workplaces, her expertise covers culture and change communications, M&A, crisis, internal communication and insights.
Before joining Edelman, Nicole was a Partner at Gallup where she focused on designing and leading employee communication, leadership, measurement and change programmes.
Nicole has partnered with global organisations in a variety of industries – pharmaceutical, CPG, fashion, retail, professional services, technology and manufacturing. Clients include Mars, Kering, GSK, Cap Gemini, Microsoft, Heineken and ABB.
