He was at the forefront of the Putting People First customer experience culture revolution in the 80’s and 90’s with Time Manager International helping give birth to concepts such as Moments of Truth, Customer Journey Mapping and Inside Out Branding with organisations such as British Airways, American Express, Unipart and Toyota globally. Through the 2000’s he has continued to help organisations drive performance through their people with organisations as varied as BSkyB, Lucent, Progress IT, Brighton & Hove Albion FC and Tottenham Hotspur FC.
He is an award-winning keynote speaker and consultant and co-author of the marketing text, Brand Alchemy (Blackhall Publishing 2007). His Business Soul Research findings are being published in May 2022 and his next book, The Business of Soul, is due out at the end of 2022.
Most recently he has been helping organisations in pharmaceuticals, information technology and a national government agency by coaching their leaders to speak with presence and impact and demonstrate thought leadership, including helping design students get 1st class honours for their project presentations.
As a theatre/TV producer and director, he has directed productions for Sky Arts TV and for the last 15 years has featured in the Brighton and Edinburgh Festival with the award-winning Fringe institution that is The Big Bite-Size Breakfast Show.
