Mark is a dedicated customer champion with strong leadership experience across multiple industries including telecommunications and utilities. He has led various business functions including gas network design teams, customer complaint departments and key customer servicing functions. In his current role as Key Client Transition Manager at Business Stream, one of the UK’s largest water retailers, Mark leads on the on-boarding of large key customers following new business wins. His team have recently been recognised through gold awards at both the UK Customer Experience Awards and the International Customer Experience Awards. Mark is focused on designing, implementing and managing processes based around his customers’ needs and is passionate about delivering a best in class service at all times.
