Liza leads Diversity and Inclusion efforts at McColl’s Retail Group, the second largest UK convenience store chain. She is responsible for the design and implementation of McColl’s D&I strategy across the business, for 5 million weekly customers and 16,000 colleagues across McColl’s HQ and 1,200 stores.
Prior to joining McColl’s, Liza spent over decade at Third Bridge Group leading teams and client accounts. In her last role there Liza helped Third Bridge’s COO with a set of strategic, operational and change management projects. Liza has a strong personal and professional interest in Diversity & Inclusion: as a female, a mother, an immigrant, someone who has lived in 3 different countries, and has worked in both international and local contexts, she has first-hand experience and understanding of the importance of fair environments.
