Kerri is currently the global head of leadership development, a role she assumed in April 2021. In it, she oversees the people, programs and communications that build, grow and sustain great leaders and inspired employees.

For three years prior to her current role, Kerri was senior vice president of employee communications. There, she led the team responsible for C-level, M&A and crisis communications, employee experiences and events, communication technologies, creative campaigns, employer brand and recruitment marketing.

Before Mastercard, Kerri was senior vice president, employee engagement, for MSL (a Publicis Groupe agency) and vice president at Edelman. In these roles, she worked with global clients across multiple industries to develop and lead a range of internal engagement and communications programs, including organizational changes, customer experience transformations, culture shaping, sustainability initiatives and more. Earlier in her career, Kerri held roles as a Chief of Staff, in communications, Human Resources, B2B marketing and co-brand partnerships at American Express. Prior to American Express, she was a management consultant in the strategy practices at Deloitte and PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she led the North America team through the merger of over 200,000 employees.

Kerri started her career as a clinical social worker, counselling adolescents in a private high school for troubled teenagers and supporting families through home-based intervention services.
