Kate is passionate about working with clients to create more engaging workplaces where performance accelerates. She has considerable experience of managing successful employee engagement programmes, working with a wide range of clients across industry sectors. She is also a leadership coach, coaching leaders at all levels to be the best they can be and to build engaged teams.
