A Chartered Occupational Psychologist with 12 years of internal and external management consultancy experience, largely in the public sector and financial services. Experience to date includes various aspects of Organisational Development including succession planning, potential assessment, employee engagement surveys and insights, capability frameworks, leadership assessment and development, culture change, change management, role and organisation design, development and career management and facilitation. Also brings strong project management and stakeholder management skills and a real passion for understanding behaviour and driving behaviour change in the workplace at micro and macro levels.
