Joy Rees is the Director of Customer Success for Peakon at Workday.  She is passionate about enabling and empowering managers at all levels to make data driven decisions to create great places to work for all the people in their teams and wider organisations.  She has worked across many industries and countries, helping to raise the profile of employee voice as a critical business enabler for organisations navigating a multi-generational, increasingly diverse workforce.

Having been born and raised during apartheid in South Africa, Joy has seen institutionalised discrimination first hand.  She believes that building diverse teams and organisations unleashes creativity and innovation and challenges people at all levels.  Creating an environment in which people are safe to be themselves and reach their potential is close to her heart.
