With a career in digital transformation and disruptive L&D spanning almost 20 years, Jo has enjoyed working in a diverse and multi-faceted way with some of the industry’s most respected brands and businesses. A fascination with people, coupled with a passion for talent development has seen Jo follow a very specific path – one that has led her to play pivotal roles in the acquisition, management and development of global talent for companies like Spotify, WPP and Warner Music Group.

When people are the focus, there are many ways that someone can be crucial to the health and wealth of an organisation and Jo has had experience in championing the talent agenda in all kinds of settings. From early investment and hyper-growth organisations to established industry behemoths, Jo has always understood the truth only now being universally recognised – that an organisation’s competitive advantage lies in the enhanced capability of it’s people.

A committed proponent of the state school system, Jo has been heavily involved in primary education, as the chair of governors of a federation of schools in South West London. Improving early learning offers a huge opportunity to evolve adult learning and Jo is very proud of the progress of the schools she has had the privilege of supporting.

Learning is everything to Jo but when it’s time for balance, she can be found cycling her road bike, walking the dog with her sons, obsessing about the day’s WORDLE or reading a book.
