Jacqueline Ellerby has lived and worked in the beautiful Countryside of Lincolnshire for the last 8 years, and although enjoys the quieter rural life, her professional time is spent dedicated to working in the fast paced, upscale environment of manufacturing premium, quality play equipment for children.

Starting out her career as a temporary customer service advisor, Jacqueline’s infectious attitude and passion for the customer experience has meant she has developed her skillset and is now the Customer Service Supervisor.

As a parent herself, Jacqueline understands the importance of the children’s play experience, and is dedicated to ensuring that all customers of their brand, Grandparents, Parents, Aunts, and Uncles alike, join them on their forever growing journey of promoting exceptional service and creating family memories through active play.
