Ian Williams

Ian Williams joined Confirmit’s VoC Specialists team in 2015, however has been working since 2009 as a Customer Experience consultant on strategic, transformation and optimisation projects with brands such as E.ON, TalkTalk, Ooredoo, Prudential and Mercedes Benz Financial Services. Prior to this, he worked for 16 years in Marketing and Channel Management in the Insurance, Financial Services, Telecommunications and Healthcare sectors for organisations such as AMEX, Santander, Canada Life and Smith & Nephew.
