Dr Giles McClelland is Division Leader of Business, Economics and International Business at the University of Central Lancashire. Previous to following a career in academia Giles coordinated the market intelligence and research strategy for the CallNorthWest project. Giles’ research interests are firmly located in the field of Industrial/Organisational Psychology. In particular, team effectiveness.
