Chris Thomas is a Robotics Specialist in NICE’s dedicated Robotics Growth Unit in Europe. He has worked in the contact centre industry for over 20 years and in that time has operated in a range of roles, all having the common goal of ensuring customers gain maximum business value from technology projects.
