Chris Lees

As Head of Internal Communications, Consumer Operations at Virgin Media, Chris and his team are responsible for the creation and delivery of leadership and operational content for customer facing teams across the Consumer business. Chris has been with Virgin Media for six years, initially joining as part of the Sales Development & Delivery team, before moving into a Go to Market role within Virgin Media’s £3 billion network expansion programme, Project Lightning. In 2018 he then took the plunge and joined the Internal Communications team, initially supporting Mobile. Prior to Virgin Media, Chris worked in a number of marketing and events leadership roles for smaller and start-up businesses, providing the prefect grounding and his passion for engaging content, creative solutions, the little details and E2E delivery. In his limited spare time, Chris enjoys cooking and getting out on the golf course!
