Charlotte is the People and Culture Director for Riverford where she has had 10 years as a key member of the strategic board. People and Culture is her passion, but as part of a growing business she has also been responsible for a broad range of other strategic projects and key business decisions.
Since heading up the transition of Riverford and its 750 co-owners into employee ownership in 2017, employee ownership and the work on culture that goes in hand in hand has become a real passion. Increasing employee engagement to ensure the experience of employees on the inside of an organisation matches its external brand and values. Which has proved to not only be great for employees but increase productivity for the business significantly too.
