Chad Rogerson

I have a broad communication background, having worked in marketing, public relations and internal communication over the last 17 years. Currently, I’m Head of Employee Communication at Nationwide, the UK’s largest building society with 20,000 employees and 16 million members. I lead our employee communication team and am accountable for shaping how communication drives the Society’s strategy.
Having worked at Nationwide for nine years, my previous roles include leading a diverse range of teams such as Campaigns, Vulnerable Customers and Social Investment. Prior to Nationwide, I worked for the agency Chime Communications, specialising in responsible business and sustainability. In my early career I worked at Credit Suisse and ABN AMRO.
Outside of work, I live in Marlborough, Wiltshire, with my wife, Saskia, twin seven year old daughters and three year old son. I am training for the Lisbon Marathon later this year, which I hope won’t be cancelled because of the pandemic!
