Anna has over 10 years internal communications and engagement experience, predominantly in Financial Services. She spent just over seven years at Barclays in a variety of internal communications roles, from channels and content to delivering large-scale change communications projects and business partnering leaders from the Barclays’ Payments business.

Anna moved to Experian in January 2020 to Head up Internal Communications and Engagement for the Global Decision Analytics business which has around 900 colleagues globally. Anna is passionate about working with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, effective communications that drive engagement between colleagues and leaders and get them energised around their business strategy.
