Andrew Pine

Andrew is a proven leader with over 20 years of experience, and a consistent track record of success, defining and implementing Customer Experience, CRM, Marketing and Voice of the Customer (VOC) strategies for global brand leaders.
He has been with Porsche for almost 8 years. He was hired into the newly created position of Vice President of Customer Relations, reporting to the CEO to lead Porsche Cars North America’s broad strategic focus on the Customer.
His primary areas of responsibility include defining and delivering a world-class customer experience unique and consistent with the Porsche brand, creating an innovative CRM practice, leading improvements in Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty within Porsche Cars North America and the dealer network, leading Market Research and Consumer Insights, and delivering world class call center operations.
