Aisling Dunleavy is a Chartered Work and Organisational Psychologist (C. Work & Org. Psychol., Ps.S.I) and a Certified Member (CIIC) of the Institute of Internal Communications.
Aisling is the Sr. Manager of Content, Process, and Internal Communications for EA’s Worldwide Customer Experience organization. She leads the teams who manage the internal communications and employee experience strategy, create and implement all the internal customer experience processes that help resolve player issues, and write online technical support content to help EA’s millions of players self-serve a solution to their problem.
Aisling’s also an active member of EA’s Employee Resource Group – Women’s Ultimate Team who aims to positively influence EA’s culture, business, players, and surrounding community, by championing gender inclusion.
